Scott, you're just getting screwed. I travel all around this country. The northeast, the Chicago area, and some high profile places out west have $2-$3 fees (some higher), but the rest of the country is about $1 on average. Down here in the mid-south, most of the ATM's are free. This is due to a couple of large regional C-Store chains that refuse to charge their customers for the service and quite literally 'force' the banks to abandon the fee. It's pretty cool, and a great example of how a company with 'clout' can help the 'little guy' out on occassion.

Pretty cool except the for the terminal fee. Where on Earth can you find an ATM with a terminal fee of only $1 ? Most ATMs I use in the 'burbs of Chicago have terminal fees of $2 - $3 with most of them being $2.50 Perhaps you could make that a user defined field.
