"Based on our definition of significantly not-as-described, this claim does not qualify for a refund.We found the seller to has accurately represented the item(s) in question."

Great. Now I'm out almost 400 bucks and I have a doorstop.</description>

					<description>Good luck.  I've had good luck with ebay, too, for 5 years.  I decided to buy a used laptop in Feb, and it's turned out pretty good, except a week 
into usage, a thin blue vertical line just right of
center showed up.  The seller never replied when all I asked was how he? might troubleshoot the 
problem.  Which I thought was pretty chintzy.  No other problems have surfaced, so I have mainly just acclimated to it.  
I did have another seller take my paypal payment and then never send me my items.  Paypal did refund me after going thru the dispute process.  It wasn't much (less than $20), but I've never had anything like that before on 
ebay.  The Mac laptop is the largest purchase 
I've made there, so I feel pretty lucky.  Again, 
good luck, and hopefully, you won't have to 
spend too much to get the laptop fixed.</description>
